We were so lucky to have visitors last week. Our new apartment is much more accommodating than our last one. Scott and Tiffany included us in their "babymoon" (vacation without the babies) which did not disappoint. Sorry babies. We had a barbecue on our balcony, stayed up late talking, and had a sleepover. It was so much fun to catch up with them in person.
Gramma Paula flew in Thursday night and watched Russ Russ all day Friday so we could have a baby-free day at Disneyland and California Adventure with Scott and Tiffany. Isn't she fabulous? Mark and I never entirely grew up, and still think Disneyland is pretty much the happiest place on earth. We had a magical time.
Gramma Paula watched Russ again Saturday morning so we could go to the temple. Russ and my mom are now the best of friends. It was so cute to see how in love he is with his Grandma; he kept staring at her and smiling at her and laughing at her. He is a pretty friendly baby, but his love for his grandma is right up there with his love for his binky.
What can I say about Saturday afternoon? Nothing needs to be said. Rise and Shout!

Oh my gosh, Bek, he has already gotten so much bigger since the last time I saw him. Tell him to hold still and not grow anymore! He is too cute. Isn't it funny how much more you appreciate those carefree days once you have kiddos? But then of course you miss them to pieces at the same time!
You were perfect little hosts too! We had SO much fun. Wish we could live by and hang out with you guys all of the time. That way Paul and Russ could be friends.
I LOVE those pictures! I so wish Aaron would do the theme parks with me. I would love to have those memories with him. He is terrified of anything coaster related (sucks!) Hopefully Noah will do the rides with me one day! I love the picture of Russ looking like he's doing a push up! He's so adorable!
Dang! That would have been a lot to meet up. Well, my friend and I are actually probably going down in a week to take our older kids, so if your home alone you are more then welcome to meet us. Russ Russ is invited as well =)

EEEeeew! (love squeal) Russ is getting cuter by the day. Christmas is too long to see him next. Check out his toe, hand stunt. He is so cute!!
In one of those pictures I think I saw Russ doing pushups. Mark are you already training him to be a ute?...but wait, I think I then saw him doing knee pushups. Ok, you want him to be a cougar. Love you bro, the family looks good and Russ is growing up quick.
